At RetroCam, we do our best to make sure your order arrives safely and as fast as possible.

All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped, including your tracking number.

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

• Europe: 2-7 business days

• International orders: 10–15 business days

Please note that shipping times may occasionally be affected by customs delays or local postal services — but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

3.⁠ ⁠Tracking Your Order

Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, RetroCam cannot be held responsible for packages lost or returned due to address errors.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes applied by their country. Unfortunately, we can’t predict or control these charges.
