We want you to love your RetroCam experience. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
To start a return, email us at info@retrocam.com with your order number. We’ll guide you through the process.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your camera arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) and we’ll send a replacement or refund, depending on the case.
